NEW ECO LEAD-FREE Electric igniters

Electric igniters are designed to ignite trace powder, black powder, and pyrotechnic compounds through an electric spark. Electric igniters are safe and reliable, making them suitable for professional use in fireworks and pyrotechnic displays in both outdoor and indoor settings, including theaters, films, television productions, and musical performances.

Our new LEAD-FREE igniter is designed with environmentally friendly materials while maintaining high-quality standards. This igniter complies with current environmental regulations.

Instructions for use

For the initiation of electric igniters, it is possible to use a suitable firing system or a DC source capable of firing with a sufficiently large current pulse. For low-resistance electric igniters EMP-NO-A1/A2, an ignition current of 1A (4ms pulse) is required.

Always check the wiring for correctness before firing. The maximum number of electric igniters that can be connected in series is 10. Check the correct wiring of the electrical circuit with a current-limited tester up to 20mA.

In case the electrical circuit is not closed, re-measure the electrical resistance of the electric igniters individually. The maximum electrical resistance for a low-resistance electric igniter EMP-NO-A1/A2 is 2.4 Ω. The resistance should be measured with an ohmmeter that has a current limitation of a maximum of 20mA.

Protect against stray currents and static electricity. Avoid high temperatures, friction, and shocks during transportation. Avoid using and operating during thunderstorms. Do not use near high-frequency transmitters or high-voltage lines.

The products must be stored in their original packaging in closed, dry, unheated, brick-walled warehouses with natural ventilation. The storage temperature range is between 0°C to +40°C, RH ≤ 80.

Disposal of products at the end of their life cycle must be carried out under generally binding EU regulations and international agreements. Disposal of hazardous waste must be carried out by a specialized certified company following the relevant standards and regulations.
